How long does setup take?
After you point your domain to our server, the site installs automatically in about 3 minutes.
Can you do the setup for me?
Yes. Setup is free on the Network plan and available as a paid service on the others.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site runs on your own domain; hosting and SSL come from us, free of charge.
License & Payment
How many sites does my license cover?
Each license is tied to one domain. If you change your domain, you can move the license from the customer panel.
Are updates paid?
No. All updates and new themes are free as long as your license is active.
What happens when the license expires?
Your site stays online but the admin panel is locked. When you renew, everything resumes where it left off.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued for every payment and can be downloaded from the customer panel.

Which versions are supported?
From 1.13 up to the latest version on Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Folia, Velocity and BungeeCord.
Is the item lost if the player is offline?
No. The order waits in the queue and is delivered automatically when the player joins the server.
Can I connect multiple servers?
Yes. For each product you can define which command runs on which server.
